European Promotion To Run Until June 1, 2006

March 15, 2006 Sunnyvale, Calif. – ipDialog™ Inc, a Silicon Valley company that has innovated a line of affordable enterprise SIP phones, announced today that it has formed a strategic partnership with UK based Telappliant Ltd to penetrate the European marketplace with its new SipTone™ III Ethernet phone.

This agreement reaffirms ipDialog’s commitment to working with established distribution channels, and strengthens Telappliant’s already enviable position in the voice over IP (VoIP) marketplace by adding a cost competitive, feature rich Ethernet phone to its portfolio. “This next phase with ipDialog enables us to build on our existing relationship and provides us with credible alternatives to expensive, branded enterprise telephony solutions,” said Tan Aksoy, Managing Director of Telappliant. “I am confident that the SipTone ™ III phone together with future ipDialog products will enable us to continue to provide the best possible end-to-end solutions to our customers and reseller base.”
