Jörg
Ott, Ph.D., is the co-chair of the Internet Engineering Task
Force's (IETF) SIP and MMUSIC workgroups. Jörg represents ipDialog
at the IETF meetings, provides valuable information on the proceedings
at the IETF, and helps direct the research and development efforts
at ipDialog. Jörg Ott holds a Diploma in Computer Science and
in Economics, and a Doctor in Engineering (Dr.-Ing.) degree. Since
1997, he is an Assistant Professor in the Digital Media and Networks
Group of the Technologiezentrum Informatik at the Universitaet Bremen,
Germany.

Niraj
Jain has Over 20 years of experience in broadband networking,
VoIP, online services, and computer/networking systems. He is currently
VP of Business Development at San Valley Systems, and has held senior
positions in business development, marketing, strategic planning,
and advanced technology development at 3Com, Prodigy, and Philips.
Niraj served as a member of the advisory board for MoreCom, a startup
developing systems technology for interactive TV that was recently
acquired by Liberate. Niraj holds a Bachelor's and a Master's, both
in Electrical Engineering.

Jose
M. Rodriguez has
more than 19 years of experience in packet voice switching products,
ASIC and SOC design, PC development, and audio and video compression
solutions. Jose is currently employed by Intel Corporation, and has worked in various senior technical roles
at IBM, Unisys, Philips, Array Microsystems,Corona Networks, and RealChip. Jose holds
a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Kevin
Deierling has over 15 years experience in the design and marketing
of system on a chip and mixed signal semiconductors. He is currently
VP of Marketing at Mellanox Technologies, and has previously worked
at 8x8, Inc., the Motorola/Philips Design Center in Netherlands,
Dallas Semiconductor, and Motorola. He was a founder and VP of Engineering
of Vidus Inc. (later acquired by 8x8). Kevin holds several patents
and is the co-author of a book on BiCMOS design. Kevin holds a BA
in Theoretical Physics.

Manoj Goel has over 15 years of telecom marketing and business development experience in startups
and large corporations. He co-founded Internet Junction, an internet
startup in pre-dotcom days that licensed technology to Sun and was
later acquired by Cisco. In his recent role as product line manager
for Cisco mobile wireless products, he was responsible for launching
GPRS solutions to some of the Worlds' 1st few 2.5G installations. In
addition, Manoj serves on advisory boards of several startups in
wireless and telecommunication arenas. Manoj holds a MSCS and an
MBA.

Paul
Long, has more than 20 years of
experience in designing and developing telecommunications systems.
His areas of expertise include VoIP and videoconferencing
communication protocols. Paul has previously worked for Polycom and
Smith Micro. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer
Science.
